The following conditions apply:

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

The minimum order value is: € 15.00.

Free shipping within Germany for orders over € 100. 

For orders shipped outside of Germany, import taxes, customs fees and costs may be charged by the destination country. Import duties and taxes are charged by the respective import customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. These depend on the import regulations of the receiving country. For more information, please contact your responsible customs office.

Taxes and customs duties for deliveries abroad cannot be reimbursed.

Our shipments are sent with HERMES, DPD or DHL. 

Payment Methods
Our service also includes the wide selection of different payment methods. So you can decide for yourself how you want to pay for your order. Specifically, this means that you as a customer can choose from these secure payment options in the shop: 

• Advance Payment /Transfer
If you select the payment method in Advance/Transfer, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and will deliver the goods after receipt of payment. Note: Payment must be made to the specified account within 7 days. 

If the e-mail does not arrive in your e-mail inbox within one day, please check your spam/junk folder. Afterwards, please transfer the amount to our bank account. After receipt of payment, we will ship your order according to the delivery times mentioned.

• PayPal Plus
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to PayPal.

If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, you must be registered there in order to be able to pay the invoice amount, or you must first register and authenticate yourself with your access data. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order.

If you have chosen the Credit Card payment method, you do not have to be registered with PayPal in order to be able to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company at the request of PayPal immediately after the payment order has been confirmed and after your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, and your card will be debited.

If you have chosen the Direct Debit payment method, you do not have to be registered with PayPal in order to be able to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment order, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the account debit (so-called pre-notification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment order, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited. 

If you have chosen the Invoice payment method, you do not have to be registered with PayPal in order to be able to pay the invoice amount. After a successful address and credit check and submission of the order, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only pay to PayPal with a debt-discharging effect. • Sofortüberweisung/Instant Bank Transfer (Klarna Group)
We also offer Sofortüberweisung. Herewith we receive the transfer credit immediately.Thereby accelerated themselves the entire ordering process. All you need is the account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. Via the secure Sofort AG payment form, which is not accessible to retailers puts Sofortüberweisung automatically and in real time a transfer in your online bank account.The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the retailer's bank account. If you choose the payment method Sofortüberweisung, a pre-filled form opens at the end of the ordering process. This already contains our bank details. In addition, the transfer amount and the intended use are already displayed on the form. You now have to select the country where you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data as when registering for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Directly afterwards will you receive the transaction confirmation. In principle, every Internet user can use the direct transfer as a payment method if he has an activated online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure. • We reserve the right, in individual cases, to carry out the delivery only against advance payment by bank transfer.
• The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying on account.
• When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are shipped.
